TITLE: Creating Your Vision: Define it, Feel it, Live it

We all have dreams. Dreams we would love to attain someday, such as a loving relationship, a profitable business, a meaningful purpose, a beautiful home, a healthy family, a fabulous group of friends or a trip to a far-off place. It’s so easy to become distracted by the day-to-day “goo of life” where our dreams seem like unattainable, distant, well, dreams.

Especially when we are used to putting everyone else before ourselves, how do we decide what we really want? Is it the same as a year ago or 10 years ago? What steps do we take to figure that out? And once we define what we want, where do we go from there? Do we dare believe that our goals, dreams and visions can really come to fruition? Or do we get caught up worrying how we could possibly take the steps to get there (along with everything else on our plates)? Do we let other things hold us back from moving forward, such as lack of focus, confidence issues or old beliefs?

This introspective and interactive workshop will provide an opportunity, guided exercises and discussion that will allow you to become crystal clear on what you really, REALLY want in your life and/or your work.
