Catherine enjoys educating people on how to take responsibility for their own health and well being and useful steps to take that are vital in improving their health and preventing illness.
Her lectures about nutrition and health combined with her personal coaching have helped her many clients discover that eating right can lead to numerous health benefits including increased energy and vitality, better skin, improved physical performance and weight loss. Catherine shares her knowledge on the health hazards we are faced with due to challenges with our environment, lifestyle and diet. She enjoys inspiring and empowering people to make positive lifestyle changes and to embrace living happier and healthier.
In addition, Catherine is extremely involved in numerous community service and volunteer organizations focused on empowering and inspiring women and children. In recognition of her “extraordinary efforts”, she was awarded a Commendation from the Lieutenant Governor of California and is the recipient of the Appreciation Pin from the San Diego-Imperial Council of Girl Scouts.
